Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $30/hr (DOE)

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of support and communication for our valued customers. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, provide service updates, and ensure that each customer interaction reflects the highest standards of care. In this dynamic role, you will communicate via phone, email, and chat, manage service tickets, process returns, and collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly influence customer loyalty and company success.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Capable of handling sensitive concerns with empathy and efficiency.
