Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Auburn, CA and surrounding service areas
Shift: Full-Time (Hours vary depending on business needs; overtime may be required)
Pay: $25 - $32/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Maki Heating & Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for residential HVAC systems. You'll ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our customers by offering expert solutions, proactive recommendations, and excellent service. This role requires technical skill, independence, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a residential HVAC service technician

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Comfortable working independently and in varied outdoor conditions

• Able to lift 100+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
