Columbia NW, the leading Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC company in the Scapoose Oregon area for over 30 years, is hiring for an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Installer.
Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Scapoose Oregon 97056
Pay: $30 - $35/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Company uniforms. HVAC precision tools and gages. Dispatched from home company vehicle provided, Company cell phone.

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
