Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Pierce County, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $27 - $42 per hour (DOE)

About the HVAC Installer Role: 
As an HVAC Installer at Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the comfort of our residential customers by expertly installing a range of HVAC equipment. Your responsibilities will include the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and various related components to ensure optimal indoor climate control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in residential settings, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Measure ductwork and install all necessary equipment accessories.
• Test line sets, evacuate, and charge HVAC systems to guarantee peak performance.
• Complete low and high-voltage connections for furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioning units.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

HVAC Installer Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field.
• Valid EPA certification is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
