Position: HVAC Installer
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 - $35/hr (Dependent on Experience)

Position Overview:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and various related components. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive the highest quality service and comfort in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure HVAC equipment in residential properties
- Measure and install ductwork and associated accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate, and charge HVAC systems
- Perform simple low and high voltage electrical connections on HVAC units
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations
- Work safely and efficiently both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid EPA certification is highly preferred
- Proficient in measuring and installing ductwork and HVAC equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working from ladders up to 28 feet or higher
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
