Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, an independently and locally owned Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Installer

Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 - $35/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with up to a 4% employer match
Extras: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Company-issued cell phone.
Job Type: Full-time

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements

HVAC INSTALLER Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Valid EPA certification - highly preferred
  • Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
  • Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
  • Ability to complete simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditioners
  • Must be able to lift 100lbs
  • Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
