Job Description
Gropp Heating, Air & Electric, servicing the Moscow and Pullman area for over 30 years, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Installer.
Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Moscow, ID 83843
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $25 - $30/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% match. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
Extras: Company uniforms, vehicle with gas card, and tool allowance.

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience is required.
- Must have a valid EPA certification.
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories.
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate, and charge systems.
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28'and possibly higher.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
