Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team!
Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Tukwila, WA or Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 hourly (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead Installer will install HVAC equipment in residential customers’ homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components

Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have valid EPA certification
- Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
- Test line sets evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Able to lift a minimum of 100lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
