Position: HVAC Installation Helper
Location: Puyallup, WA
Pay: $20 - $27/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with OT as needed
Benefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with up to a 4% employer match,paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Position Summary:
Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an HVAC Installation Helper. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to launch a rewarding career in the trades. You will support our experienced installation technicians in delivering high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations across Pierce County. We’re looking for a team player who’s eager to learn, takes direction well, and thrives in a physically active environment.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

0–1 years of HVAC or related mechanical experience

Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs

Familiarity with basic hand tools, gauges, and digital devices

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using a tablet for digital work assignments

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
