Position: Install Journeyman
Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Overtime as Needed
Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Install Journeyman Position Summary:
We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and has prior experience in HVAC. This person should be able to problem solve and perform manual labor daily. A strong independent person who can work alone and/or as part of a team. Prioritizing and planning tasks and able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise (communicating effectively with your team and manager though the process).

HVAC Journeyman Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 4-5 years of HVAC experience is required.
• Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories.
• Test and braze line sets, evacuate, and charge systems.
• Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working from ladders that are 28'and possibly higher.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
