Job Description
Coffman & Company, a leading HVAC and plumbing company in the Denver Metro area since 1983, is immediately hiring a highly motivated, team-oriented, and energetic HVAC Installer to join our growing HVAC team.
Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Install will assist in the installation of HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Enrolled in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs.
- Eager to learn the HVAC trade.
- Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
