Position: HVAC In-Store Appointment Setter
Location: Oregon City, OR
Schedule: Part-Time; Thursday - Sunday; 20-30 hours per week
Pay Range: $19 - $22 /hour (DOE)

Position Summary:
As an In-Store Appointment Setter, you'll represent Columbia NW Heating & Air, a company that has proudly served the Portland Metro area for over 30 years. Working within America’s #1 home improvement store in the Oregon City and Clackamas area, you’ll engage directly with customers to raise brand awareness, explain services, and schedule appointments with our expert technicians. This is a people-centered, purpose-driven role where your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Be the Face of the Brand: Engage shoppers with warmth and professionalism, embodying the quality and reliability of Columbia NW.

Set Appointments with Confidence: Use our intuitive app to schedule in-home consultations — no selling required, just friendly and informative interactions!

Educate & Inform: Share pamphlets and flyers to help customers understand the benefits of our HVAC products and services.

Master the Product Line: Learn the ins and outs of our offerings so you can respond to questions with ease and clarity.

Gather Customer Insights: Collect valuable feedback and pass it along to our internal teams to improve service and engagement.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills - you're comfortable striking up conversations and engaging diverse audiences.

Willingness to stand for 2+ hours during your shift.

Reliable transportation to get to and from work sites.

Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a big plus!

Familiarity with social media and digital platforms is a bonus.

Must be available to work Thursdays - Sundays, with a consistent schedule of 20 - 30 hours/week.
