Spokane Comfort Systems has an immediate opening for a General Manager to join our growing team!
Position: HVAC General Manager
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $125,000 per year (including incentives)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, paid holidays, and vacation.
Position Type: Full-time, exempt
HVAC General Manager Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for allocating budget resources, creating and maintaining policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is maintained, improving processes, engaging with vendors and hiring employees.

Job Requirements
HVAC General Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (installation, maintenance, service)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Prior supervisory experience with the ability to effectively coach, counsel, and train employees
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under our company insurance policy
- Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education
