Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is immediately hiring an HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician.
Job Title: HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician
Location: Tukwila or Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $25 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician Position Summary:
The Duct Cleaning Technician will ensure all ductwork is properly cleaned and sealed.
Job Functions:
- Evaluate the air quality in a customer’s home.
- Educate customers on appropriate products (furnace filters, etc.) for overall indoor improvement.

- Sell customers indoor air quality products and recommend appropriate fixes. Survey and discuss any services to be completed
- Pressurize the ductwork and check for leakage and air loss.
- Plan the workday schedule and determine the optimal travel route for scheduled appointments.
- Ensure that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed.
- Create and review invoice(s) with the customer.
- Collect payment for services rendered.
- Load and unload equipment for each job.
- Communicate with the office about arrivals and departures from each job.
- Complete all paperwork upon returning to the office.
- Turn in all invoices, payments, and charges to the office.

Job Requirements
HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must be comfortable with and physically able to help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders safely
- Stand for long periods, bend, crawl, and kneel.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time
- Must be comfortable climbing 28+ foot extension ladders
- Must be comfortable working in small, dark, confined spaces (attic
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history
- High school diploma and/or equivalent preferred but not required
- Enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
