Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Dispatcher.
Job Title: HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Pay: $18 - $24(DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Dispatcher Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Dispatcher is responsible taking incoming customer calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians and following up with customers. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC or plumbing dispatching experience - highly preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service phone experience - highly preferred
- Good phone presence
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web portal and general computer use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- High school diploma or equivalent
