Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative.
Position: HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $25/hr (DOE)

HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. They will handle customer inquiries and provide updates to both the technician and the customer. Documentation of orders in multiple systems, monitor GPS tracking as well as the technician's workload throughout the day.

Job Requirements
HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC or plumbing dispatching experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service phone experience.
- Bachelor's degree or related technical certificate.
- Professional phone etiquette and experience are a must.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web portal, and general computer use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
