Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative.
Position: HVAC Customer Service Representative
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation: $18 - $25/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

HVAC Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The HVAC Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. They will handle customer inquiries and provide updates to both the technician and the customer. Document orders in multiple systems and monitor GPS tracking as well as the technician's workload throughout the day.
Job Requirements
HVAC Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of HVAC or plumbing dispatching experience.
- 2+ years of customer service phone experience.
- Professional phone etiquette and experience are a must.
- The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web portal, and general computer use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
