Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative.
Position: HVAC Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation: $25- $28 /hr + Bonuses
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

Position Summary:
As an HVAC Customer Service / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking HVAC solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and products, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up with customers, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Job Requirements
HVAC Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in HVAC, plumbing or related home service industry is REQUIRED.
- Previous inside sales and lead generation experience is REQUIRED.
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan software is a HUGE PLUS.
- Professional phone etiquette and experience are a must.
- The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, web portal, and general computer use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve is key.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
