Job Description
Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for a professional, and team-oriented HVAC Commercial Sales Consultant to join our growing HVAC team.
Position: Commercial Sales Representative
Location: Rocklin, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Base + Commission
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

Outside Sales Representative Position Summary:
Responsible for selling Electrification/Sustainable Living with a focus on HVAC products and services to commercial businesses. Teaming with the office staff to maintain scheduling and following up with customers. Developing the project scope of work and seeing the job through to the end. As well as assisting in project scheduling and forecasting
Job Requirements
Outside Sales Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5 years of outside sales experience.
- 1 year of previous HVAC experience is Required.
- Must have a proven track record of closing sales.
- Self-motivation and results-orientated.
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
