Climate Control Heating & Cooling, the leader in HVAC services in the Portland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, and surrounding area, is looking for an HVAC Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team!
Job Title: HVAC Commercial Project Manager
Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: Starting at $40/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Variable 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision – 100% paid for by the employer. 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Commercial Project Manager Position Summary:
The HVAC Commercial Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, including directing and training installers on the correct HVAC install procedures as well as how to be efficient, including time management in commercial buildings and custom homes, ensuring all installations are installed to the current codes and Brower’s exceptional quality standards.
Job Functions:
- Ability to layout jobs and crew per plans.
- Read, understand, gather, submit, and distribute submittals and plans
- Coordinate with subs/General Contractors and crews, including scheduling
- Ability to pre-site, layout, and complete change-outs, as well as “as per plan” and design-build projects.
- Ability to coordinate, schedule, and do start-ups & Air Balances, as well as train crews to do as well.
- Ability to go “bags on” if required to complete projects per schedule or to maintain quality standards.
- Must schedule deliveries, cranes, lifts, crews, subs, and any required components for the project.

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Dispatcher Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 10+ years field experience in HVAC installation
- Energy industry experience, particularly in electrification and sustainable living businesses, is preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial Installation techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
