Air Management Solutions, serving the Kitsap County area with its heating and air conditioning needs for over 20 years, is immediately hiring an experienced full-time Commercial HVAC Install Helper!
Position: Commercial HVAC Install Helper
Location: Bremerton, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting $20 - $30 /hr (DOE)

HVAC Install Helper Position Summary:
The Install Helper will assist in installing HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Install Helper Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 6 months of HVAC or related experience/education.
- Eager to learn the HVAC trade - enroll in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs
- Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
