Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor.
Position: HVAC Comfort Advisor
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: Base + Commission for 3 Months - Unlimited Commissions - ** $350k+ Annually ** ($5,000 Signing Bonus)

HVAC Comfort Advisor Position Summary:
The HVAC Comfort Advisor is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the needs of the customer and then providing solutions. Developing B2C customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The salesperson is responsible for company-generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Job Requirements
HVAC Comfort Advisor Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in selling residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge in designing in home HVAC comfort systems (split systems, heat pumps and mini splits).
- Must pass a pre-employment background check (no felonies or theft-related misdemeanors)
- Must obtain CA required HIS (CSLB) License
- Clean driving record
- Have the desire to grow, succeed, and excel in your trade.
- Self-starter, able to follow and give directions, and practice good communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Interested in a career
