Element Heating and Cooling is looking for an HVAC Apprentice Installer to add to our team.
Position: Apprentice Installer
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16 - $18 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance –100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and birthdays.

HVAC Apprentice Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Apprentice Installer will assist in the installation of all things HVAC: Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, Gas Lines and more.

HVAC Apprentice Installer Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- No experience required
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift 100lbs
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Self-Motivated
