Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for more than 85 years, is immediately hiring a hard-working and dedicated HVAC Apprentice Installer (Residential/Commercial).
Position: Apprentice Installer
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: $21 - $24/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Apprentice Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Apprentice Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Job Requirements
HVAC Apprentice Installer Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2-3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Idaho Apprenticeship card
- Valid EPA Certification Universal
- 06A training card
- CPR Certification
- Gas Mechanics 1
- Basic Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- Basic knowledge and ability to run main trunk lines
- Able to install and terminate exhaust fans
- Able to seal duct work
- Ability to operate pipe machine and install gas piping.
- Installation & Insulation of duct work
