Mike's Mechanical, Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is hiring for a Fleet Mechanic to join our team!
Job Title: Fleet Mechanic
Location: Lewiston, ID 83501
Pay: $30 - $38 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation and Idaho paid sick leave.
Extras: Company provided uniforms, vehicle to commute from job to job with gas card
Position Type: Full-time
Fleet Mechanic Position Summary:
The Fleet Mechanic will manage the repair and maintenance of a fleet of 90 Vehicles, including forklifts and trailers.

Job Requirements
Fleet Mechanic Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- High school or GED graduate
- ASE Certified Required
- Automotive knowledge
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head.
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Good communication Skills with scheduling
- Basic computer skills. Email and Service software will train. Phone and text.
- Comfortable working in a semi-climate-controlled environment.
- Valid driver’s license, Must be insurable
