Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award is immediately hiring an experienced Data Entry Specialist.
Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Tukwila, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401(k) with a 4% employer match. Medical, Dental, and Vision –100% paid for by the employer. Paid Holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Data Entry Specialist Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales Team with general office administrative tasks, including entering data into the database and creating customer profiles, quotes, and orders. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Data Entry Specialist Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or related technical certificate.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
