First Call Heating & Cooling, a leading HVAC company in the Portland Metro/Vancouver area since 1939, is immediately hiring an experienced and team-oriented Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
Location: Oregon City, OR 97045
Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 100% premium paid by the employer, 75% paid for dependents, FSA, Voluntary Life/STD, Accident Insurance, Paid vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave. 401k with a 4% Company Match.

Customer Service and Sales Coordinator Position Summary:
The Customer Service and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for taking inbound sales calls, scheduling detailed appointments for our Comfort Consultants, and creating connections with our customers.

Job Requirements
Customer Service and Sales Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1+ years experience in customer service, phone or in-person
- ServiceTitan experience desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized and able to work independently and within a team.
- Scheduling software a plus
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
