Since 2006, All Fuel Installation & Service has proudly served the Troutdale area, specializing in the installation and servicing of fireplaces, gas lines, chimneys, and a variety of appliances including wood, pellet, gas, and propane. Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Troutdale, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22 - $28 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 100% paid by the employer. Accident, supplemental life insurance, and critical illness policies at the employee’s expense. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays and vacation.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls while also making outbound calls to follow up on messages and customer inquiries.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Supporting Technicians: Assist field technicians with administrative tasks, including payment processing and customer information lookups.
- Maintaining Records: Create, update, and manage customer records in our service system database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as assigned to support the team and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (phone or in-person) and scheduling experience. Dispatching experience is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Professional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do mindset that shines through even in difficult circumstances.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
