First Call Heating & Cooling, a leading HVAC company in the Portland Metro/Vancouver area since 1939, is immediately hiring an experienced and team-oriented HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Title: HVAC Customer Service Representative
Location: Oregon City, OR 97045
Compensation: $19 - $30 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

HVAC Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will assist with day-to-day tasks that enable the busy and growing sales and installation department to run smoothly. Responsibilities include; scheduling sales leads, entering lead information into bidding and scheduling software, collecting and recording payments, and general office duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized and able to work independently and within a team.
- Scheduling software a plus
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
