Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $25 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers, resolve grievances, and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements
Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- High school diploma and/or equivalent required
