Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Newbury Park, CA 91320
Schedule: Wednesday- Friday, 10am- 6pm | Saturday- 8am- 4pm
Pay Range: Up to $25/hr (DOE)
Type: Part-Time
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, you will play a key role in ensuring our busy sales and installation department runs smoothly. You will be responsible for qualifying and scheduling sales leads, entering customer information, processing payments, and handling general office duties, all while providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience
- Knowledge of HVAC industry and scheduling software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and an energetic personality
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
