Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sherman Oak, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr (DOE)
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering inbound calls, returning messages, and booking service and maintenance appointments. You’ll collaborate with field technicians, resolve minor concerns, and keep accurate records so every visit runs on time and as promised.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service (phone or in-person).

1+ year of scheduling; dispatch experience preferred.

Tech-comfortable: MS Office; ServiceTitan experience a plus (HVAC/Home Service, Plumbing, Electrical).

Warranty/parts support experience preferred.

Professional verbal and written communication; positive attitude under pressure; strong prioritization.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
