Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Oregon City, OR 97045

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in connecting our customers with our skilled technicians. You will manage inbound service requests, make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. If you enjoy organizing detailed appointments, addressing minor service complaints, and building lasting relationships with customers, this position is perfect for you!
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, either over the phone or in-person.
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience; dispatching experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer technology; experience with MS Office and ServiceTitan is advantageous.
- Familiarity with parts warranty processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, especially in challenging situations.
- Strong ability to assess and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
