Job Description
First Call Heating & Cooling, a leading HVAC company in the Portland Metro/Vancouver area since 1939, is immediately hiring an experienced and team-oriented Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our team.
Job Title: Customer Service/Dispatcher
Location: Oregon City, OR 97045
Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 100% premium paid by the employer, 75% paid for dependents, FSA, Voluntary Life/STD, Accident Insurance, Paid vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave. 401k with a 4% Company Match.

Customer Service/Dispatcher Position Summary:
The Customer Service/Dispatcher will be taking inbound phone requests for service and making outbound calls to set up maintenance appointments.
Job Requirements
Customer Service/Dispatcher Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1+ year experience in customer service, phone or in-person.
- 1+ year experience scheduling.
- 1+ year dispatching preferred.
- Service Titan experience a plus.
- Proficient with computer technology.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized and able to work independently and within a team.
- Scheduling software a plus.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
