Job Title: Corporate Treasury Senior Manager
Location: Remote
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000, plus annual incentive bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Corporate Treasury Senior Manager Position Summary:
The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day corporate treasury operations to support the organization’s overall objectives. This hands-on, individual contributor role will report to the VP of Finance and lead the development of policies, procedures, and the implementation of effective controls for all treasury functions to include, but not limited to, liquidity/cash Management, treasury accounting, cash forecasting, and M&A company onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, cash management, and account maintenance.
• Recommend, develop & implement new treasury strategies, policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational controls and efficiencies across the platform.
• Provide supporting documentation and input for treasury-related accounting accruals, audits, and special requests.
• Research and analyze trends and variances among finance, treasury systems, and banks to draw meaningful conclusions about financial performance.
• Improve and fully implement reporting tools alongside accounting, finance, and operations.
• Assist with managing lender relationships and reporting.

Corporate Treasury Senior Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience within corporate finance.
• CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred.
• Experience with web-based banking platforms and treasury workstations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with multi-entity treasury operations (10+ entities preferred.)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships within/outside of the organization to meet function objectives along with an effective and courteous communication style.
• Ability to handle a large volume of work with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, as well as FP&A software.
