Schedule: Monday - Friday; some weekend availability may be required

Controller Position Summary:
The Controller is responsible for all financial, accounting, and regulatory tasks, as well as reporting and compliance. The Controller will analyze data and trends, assist with financial decisions, and work towards growing the company.

Job Requirements
Controller Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Prior experience managing the full accounting cycle and a deep understanding of the transactional cycle (AP/AR, GL, payroll)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP)
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting
- Professional accounting certification (CMA, CPA, CGA, or CA)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- HVAC or trade accounting experience preferred
