Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Kent, WA
Pay Range: $37 - $45 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Position Summary:
As a Construction Estimator at Performance Mechanical Group, you will play a crucial role in the bidding process and project pricing. You will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor services while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Your expertise will help guide our project proposals and ensure that we deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience; estimating experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret detailed information and make sound judgments.
- Strong communication skills for preparing and presenting proposals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects.
- A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving job costs.
