Performance Mechanical Group, one of the premier mechanical HVAC contractors in the Puget Sound area is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $40 - $50/hr (DOE) + Bonus Up To $8,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

Commercial HVAC Service Technician:
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance service in areas of commercial HVAC. Primary responsibilities are to perform maintenance for HVAC systems including package units and split systems by manufacturers' recommended practices. Duties include maintenance and repairs of existing equipment.

Job Requirements
Commercial HVAC Service Technicians required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 2 years of previous HVAC experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree or related technical degree.
- Basic knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools in the field of air conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems.
- Ability to maintain labor and material records and prepare reports.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Valid driver's license and clean insurable driving record.
