Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for a professional, and team-oriented Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our growing team.
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Foreman
Location: Rocklin, Ca 95677
Pay: $35 - $45/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Position Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Commercial HVAC Foreman Position Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the work site to ensure the completion of HVAC projects safely and efficiently. The Commercial HVAC foreman is accountable for supervising staff to perform job-related duties and monitoring budget expenses to ensure that policies, procedures, and regulations maintain a safe work environment.
Job Requirements
Commercial HVAC Foreman Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience in commercial HVAC operations
- Minimum 2 years experience overseeing large commercial projects
- Previous supervisor/management experience
- Electrical knowledge of high and low voltage
- EPA certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, pro press, torches and pipe threader
- Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
