Job Title: Commercial HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Rocklin, CA
Pay: $$20 - $30 hourly (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Position Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, Dental, and Vision–100% paid for by the employer, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave.
Commercial HVAC Dispatcher Position Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Dispatcher will efficiently schedule and coordinate all monthly recurring maintenance visits for clients, manage service requests, dispatch technicians, respond to messages, maintain schedules, forecast workloads, update customer files, support billing, and handle warranty claims.
Job Requirements
Commercial HVAC Dispatcher Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience.
- Ability to manage various projects and work tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to manage various projects and work tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
