Position Title: CSR/Dispatcher Supervisor
Location: Newbury Park, CA 91320
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM / Some Saturdays
Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 Annually (DOE)
Position Summary:
As a CSR/Dispatcher Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of Aladdin’s service operations. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on customer service responsibilities. You'll manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), coordinate dispatching activities, support field technicians, and play a key role in creating exceptional customer interactions. You’ll be empowered to shape team culture, refine processes, and contribute directly to company growth and service excellence.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

3+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of dispatching experience

3+ years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Excellent communication and tech-savviness
-
HVAC/trade industry experience and knowledge of ServiceTitan software is a plus

Experience with iPhone/iPad setup and managing commercial phone systems is a bonus

College degree preferred
