Job Title: CSR / Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Auburn, CA
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $19–$23/hour (DOE)

Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining smooth operations between our service and sales teams. This person will schedule appointments, respond to inbound calls, assist with administrative tasks, and represent Maki Heating & Air Conditioning with professionalism and care. You'll help keep our customers informed and ensure no opportunities are missed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 6 months prior experience scheduling appointments preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively

• Self-starter with a positive and friendly attitude

• Able to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 lbs
