Job Description
Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, is immediately hiring an experienced CA Certified Residential Electrician!
Level: 3+ Years Experience
Job Location: Contra Costa, Alameda and Marin Counties
Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: Up to $55 Hourly (DOE)
Job Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed (may include some nights and weekends)

Position Summary:
The Electrician will install new electrical panels, car chargers and other circuits; repair and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in residential and commercial buildings and run wiring for associated with HVAC equipment.

Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years (5 years preferred) of previous electrical experience and the completion of a formal apprenticeship
- CA Residential Electrician Certification strongly preferred.
- Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history
- Knowledge of HVAC industry and corresponding equipment
- Must comply with all safety standards and regulations of the CA and National Electrical Codes

- Must have strong time management skills
- Must have the ability to work independently or in a team
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in stressful situations
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must have extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Must be able to use hand tools and power tools
- Must be able to use diagnostic tools and meters
