Element Heating & Cooling, Twin Fall's expert heating and cooling company, is immediately hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our growing team!
Position: Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 Annually
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

Bookkeeper/Office Assistant Position Summary:
The Bookkeeper/Office Assistant will manage company financial tasks, such as managing receivables and ensuring all company invoices are properly recorded, tracked, approved, and paid. You will work closely with company financial professionals, management, and outside vendors. You will also be assisting in day-to-day operations. Success in this role will be demonstrated through accurate payment and financial transaction processing.

Job Requirements
Bookkeeper/Office Assistant Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, bookkeeping, and payroll experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of payables, budgeting, and accounting best practices
- Experience with financial transaction reporting
- Experience in supporting payroll processing and making payroll taxes
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Understanding of tax obligations and reporting requirements for payables
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- HR experience preferred
- Experience in Certified Payroll
