One of the premier mechanical HVAC contractors in the Spokane Valley area is immediately hiring an experienced Bookkeeper.
Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $52,000 - $62,000 Annually (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Bookkeeper Position Summary:
The Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is familiar with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks, QuickBooks. In this role you’ll be responsible for working directly with the General Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with a fast paced environment
