Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Overtime as Needed
Compensation: $52,000 - $63,000 annually

Bookkeeper Position Summary:
This role supports the day-to-day operations. As part of this responsibility, the bookkeeper will work closely with the administrative manager. The bookkeeper will work to develop and manage reports, financial statements, accounts payable and key performance metrics. A successful bookkeeper must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.

Bookkeeper Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2+ years of previous accounting/finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience managing the full accounting cycle
• Deep understanding of the transactional cycle (AP/AR, GL, payroll)
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HVAC or Trade accounting experience preferred
