Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau is immediately hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Outside Sales Person.
Position: Residential HVAC Outside Sales Person
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: Commission Only ** + $5,000 Signing Bonus **
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

Residential HVAC Outside Sales Person Position Summary:
The salesperson is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the needs of the customer and then providing solutions. Developing B2C customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The salesperson is responsible for company-generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.
Job Requirements
Residential HVAC Outside Sales Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree or technical certificate.
- Previous HVAC experience preferred
- Must have a verifiable track record of closing sales.
- Self-motivation and results-orientated.
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
