Job Description
Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced Assistant Installation Coordinator.
Position: Assistant Installation Coordinator
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation: Up to $27/hr (DOE)

Assistant Installation Coordinator Position Summary:
The Assistant Installation Coordinator is responsible for pulling permits, processing Title 24 documents, contacting customers to schedule inspections and subcontractors. Assist Installation Coordinator with creating projects, communicating with installers, field supervisors, customers, sub-contractors, vendors and the install office team. Assisting in answering inbound calls to the Installation Department and responding to customer emails. Assist Installation Coordinator in scheduling commissioning and warranty calls.

Job Requirements
Assistant Installation Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working a Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
- Experience working as a Service Technician or Installer, Dispatcher, or Coordinator in any construction related business (particularly HVAC or Plumbing)is a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills a must.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in team-oriented environment
- Self-starter, able to follow directions, and practice good communication skills
