Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for more than 85 years, is immediately hiring an Air Duct Cleaning Technician.
Job Title: Air Duct Cleaning Technician
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, some nights and weekends
Pay: $19-$23/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Air Duct Cleaning Technician Position Summary:
The Air Duct Cleaning Technician will gain experience and an understanding of the HVAC industry. Provide assistance and help as needed as well as become familiar with processes and procedures of the company.

Job Requirements
Air Duct Cleaning Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Work from a 28’ extension ladder and a 12’ step ladder
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
