Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00PM
Compensation: Starting pay of $20 - $25/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
Reporting directly to management, you’ll handle confidential information, coordinate schedules and reports, and bring structure to fast-moving priorities. You’re a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and ensures documentation and data stay accurate across departments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

2+ years of office administration experience.

Knowledge of accounts payable, budgeting, and accounting best practices.

Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Detail-oriented with strong organization, documentation, and time management.

Clear written/verbal communication; able to juggle multiple priorities independently.

Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment with confidential matters.
